Another hit from Embark...And this one is more bite than bark ..Imperial Blizzard Cider is a blend of Heirloom apples grown in our orchards and then fermented with sweet cherries and sugar plums that we also grow on our farm. Chateau Souverain Cabernet Sauvignon is deep ruby-purple in color and boasts vivid aromas of roasted vanilla, mocha and baking spices with elegant layers of blackberry and ripe cherry flavors. Balanced fruit, acidity and round tannins lead to a juicy, lingering finish.
